Who can join
Membership is drawn from scholars and creatives based at, or associated with, universities and accredited tertiary institutions across the Caribbean. It is by application and is confirmed at the Consortium’s Annual General Assembly.
Research-active scholars holding at least a Master’s degree in media, communication or a related field. Regular members enjoy full participation and voting rights.
Graduate students and research-active persons not yet holding a Master’s degree, as well as seniors. Associate members enjoy full participation in the life of the Consortium.

Student = registered with a valid student ID card. Senior = 65 years and older. The membership year runs 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2027; fees are payable annually.

- Participation in the CCMCR mentorship programme, as a mentor or a mentee.
How to join
Complete the online membership application form.
Pay your fee by bank transfer (details below) and email your proof of payment to secretariat@ccmcr.org.
On receipt of your application and payment you become a provisional member and can begin enjoying benefits.
Please note: membership is provisional upon application and payment, and is formally ratified at the Consortium’s Annual General Assembly, in keeping with the CCMCR Constitution.
